HDB IPO Plans

According to a report by the Economic Times, India’s largest private lender, HDFC Bank, has begun preparations for the much-anticipated initial public offering (IPO) of its subsidiary, HDB Financial Services.

This could mean the IPO issue size could be between ₹7,500 to ₹10,000 crore. The HDFC bank is also thinking about pre-IPO share placement with investors.
