The Mumbai-based energy enviro solutions have reduced its IPO size to ₹3100 crores. Initially the amount was ₹5200 crores as filed in its draft papers in August. Most likely the subscription will open on February 23 and will remain open till February 25.
One day the anchor book for the Clean Max IPO will open on February 20.

Clean Max Energy Solutions IPO has reserved more than 50% of the shares in the public issues for Qualified Insurance Buyers (QIB), not less than 15% of Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and not less than 35% for non-retail investors.
Clean Max IPO allotment will be finalised on February 26.
The energy solution share price is likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on March 2.
The IPO consists of Offer-for-Sale shares valued at ₹1900 crores. It also contains new issuance of ₹1200 crores.
The Clean Max IPO is managed by JP Morgan India, Axis bank, IIFL Capital Services, HSBC Securities and Capital Market, SBI Capital Markets, and BOB Capital Markets.
About the Company
Clean Max is the largest provider of renewable energy resources for industrial purposes as of March 31, 2025. They manage 2.54 GW of capacity renewable energy. Apart from renewable energy service, Clean Max Enviro Energy solutions are also engaged in energy consultancy and carbon credit management.
The company serves technology based clients along with the industrial clients.
As per the DRHP filed by the company, their partners include ACME Solar Holdings, NTPC Green Energy Limited, Adani Green Energy Limited, and Renew Energy Global PLC.
Gaudium IVF IPO
February 20 will be the day when the women healthcare company Gaudium IVF IPO will open for subscription. The period will end on February 24. The share allotment will be finalised on February 25. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE.
Gaudium IVF is promoted by Dr. Manika Khanna to raise ₹165 crores. It comprises fresh issues of ₹90 crores and an OFS of ₹75 crores by the promoter.
The main idea behind raising the money is to set up new IVF centres across the country with ₹50 crores, for general corporate purposes, and ₹20 crores to repay existing loans. Minimum bid by the investors is 189 shares.

The Gaudium IVF IPO contains fresh issue of 11.3 million equity shares that totals upto ₹90 crores.
The anchor book will open on February 18.
The company received its DRHP approval in January 2026.
