The IPO bound OYO parent PRISM had a strong FY25-26. The company grew its bookings sharply, increased revenue and more than doubled EBITDA. But the numbers also tell a more interesting part that a large part of the growth came from the full-year contribution of G6, while PRISM continued to expand its premium hotels, homes and international operations. So, how strong was the business in FY26, and what actually drove the growth? Let’s take a closer look.

PRISM's Gross Booking Value (GBV) increased 88.5% to Rs.30,683 Cr in FY26 from Rs.16,279 Cr in FY25.
Revenue from Operations rose 49.7% to Rs.9,358 Cr, while gross profit increased 82.5% to Rs.5,700 Cr.
The biggest improvement came at the operating level. EBITDA more than doubled to Rs.2,594 Cr from Rs.1,083 Cr in FY25. This was also the company's fourth consecutive year of positive consolidated EBITDA.
PAT increased to Rs.994 Cr from Rs.245 Cr in FY25.
The company said the improvement was supported by higher business volumes, a larger contribution from premium properties and Company-Serviced Hotels, operating leverage, and disciplined cost management.
Where Did the 88.5% GBV Growth Come From?
Hotels excluding G6 generated Rs. 10,939 Cr in GBV, up 36.5%. Homes contributed Rs. 5,447 Cr, growing 19.4%, while Listings added Rs. 190 Cr, up 8.5%.
G6 was the biggest contributor, with Rs. 14,107 Cr in GBV during FY26. Since PRISM acquired G6 in December 2024, FY26 was its first full year of contribution to the company's numbers. So, the 88.5% overall GBV growth came from a mix of growth in PRISM's existing businesses and G6's full-year contribution.
PRISM Is Building a Larger Hotel and Home Network
PRISM continued to expand its supply base during FY26. The number of hotel storefronts excluding G6 increased 7.8% to 22,769. Its Homes storefronts increased 15.4% to 1,38,250, while Listings increased 54.1% to 1,37,258. G6 added another 70 net storefronts during the year, its strongest annual net additions in recent years, according to the company. The company is also trying to improve the quality of its supply rather than focusing only on adding more properties. Its premium brands and Company-Serviced Hotels are becoming a bigger part of the portfolio.
G6 Became a Major Part of the Growth Story
The acquisition of G6 Hospitality has become one of the biggest changes in PRISM's global business. G6 contributed Rs.14,107 Cr of GBV in FY26, its first full year with PRISM. It also added 70 net storefronts during the year. PRISM says it integrated G6 into its common technology platform, replacing fragmented legacy systems with its unified technology stack.
It also introduced AI-led pricing and operational tools at the property level and centralised owner engagement from India. The company also reported that G6 app usage doubled after the technology integration. For PRISM, G6 therefore represents more than additional hotels. It gives the company a much larger presence in the North American economy and extended-stay hospitality market.
Direct Bookings Are Becoming More Important
PRISM is also trying to build a stronger direct relationship with customers. Around 67% of used room nights in FY26 came through non-commissionable channels, supported by the OYO app and other direct channels. The company also said the OYO app ranked as the 8th most downloaded hotel accommodation booking application globally.
Direct demand is important because it gives PRISM greater control over the customer relationship and can reduce dependence on commission-based booking channels. The launch of the CheckIn app for premium brands is another step in this direction.
Technology and AI Are Becoming a Bigger Part of the Business
The company says its technology ecosystem includes more than 40 products and services, a unified search, inventory and pricing engine and a dynamic pricing system that recalibrates prices hourly using factors such as demand, seasonality, competitor pricing, weather, local events and occupancy.
Its Bolt.ai channel-management system is integrated with more than 230 global and local online travel agencies, metasearch platforms and distribution systems. AI adoption also increased sharply. Around 94% of new code was authored using AI, according to the company. The crash-free rate of its applications improved to 99.99%. PRISM is also developing a GM Agent, which is designed to automate property-level tasks such as reconciliation, vendor renewals, occupancy calls and review action plans.
Finance Costs Still Need Attention
PRISM's consolidated finance cost was Rs.1,414 Cr in FY26. The company says this primarily reflects interest on borrowings and interest on lease liabilities under Ind AS 116. This is worth watching because strong EBITDA growth might not automatically mean the same level of improvement will flow through to the bottom line.

PRISM FY26: Strong Growth, But Can It Keep the Momentum?
FY26 was an important year for PRISM. GBV rose 88.5% to Rs. 30,683 Cr, revenue grew 49.7% to Rs. 9,358 Cr, and EBITDA more than doubled to Rs. 2,594 Cr. The company also expanded its hotel and home network, strengthened premium hospitality, integrated G6 and continued investing in technology.
However, G6 contributed a full year of operations, while finance costs remained high at Rs. 1,414 Cr. Investors tracking the OYO unlisted share price should therefore watch how PRISM sustains growth and improves earnings quality. Going forward, the focus will be on sustaining growth, managing finance costs and scaling efficiently as PRISM builds its global hospitality platform.
