Gurugram-based supply chain and financing platform OFB Tech Ltd (OfBusiness) said, in a company press release, that its exports more than doubled to over Rs 2,500 crore in the fiscal year ended March 2026, now accounting for 12% of the company's consolidated revenue.
The SME-focused platform attributed the growth partly to global buyers diversifying their sourcing away from China. It noted that India’s growing position as a manufacturing and sourcing hub has supported demand across its apparel and food processing businesses. The company currently exports to more than 70 countries, including the US, the UK, the EU, and Japan, and expects exports to grow further in FY27.
Trade Agreement, US Demand Behind the Push
US remains OfBusiness's largest export market, the company said. In apparel, it supplies seven of the world's top 10 apparel retailers. OfBusiness is also expanding sourcing and manufacturing capacity in Bangladesh while increasing its manufacturing footprint across India. OFB Tech Ltd (OfBusiness) said the recently implemented India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement will support further growth by removing tariffs on nearly 99% of Indian export lines entering the UK, including textiles and apparel.
Exports from its food processing business, which ships products from Karnataka to the US, Canada, the EU, and Australia, are expected to double again in FY27. Toward the end of FY26, OfBusiness also began exporting bulk chemicals to South Asia and the Middle East, marking its entry into a new export category.
"Winning global customers today takes more than competitive pricing. It demands vertical integration, consistent quality, traceability, and reliable execution," said Asish Mohapatra, cofounder and CEO of OfBusiness.
Business Strategy of OFB Tech Ltd (OfBusiness)
A) Exports More Than Doubled, Crossing Rs 2,500 Crore
OfBusiness reported its exports more than doubling in FY26, crossing Rs 2,500 crore and now accounting for 12% of consolidated revenue. The company currently exports to more than 70 countries, including the US, the UK, the EU, and Japan, and expects this growth to continue into FY27.
B) Core Commerce Business Remains the Base
The core commerce business is still what the rest of OfBusiness's growth is built on. In FY26, it generated Rs 19,174 crore in revenue and Rs 769 crore in EBITDA, supported by SME procurement of raw materials such as steel, cement, chemicals, polymers, and agri-commodities, paired with working capital financing on the same platform. This base is what has funded the manufacturing capacity now driving the export business.
C) What the Export Growth Means for the Revenue Mix
The rise in exports, from a smaller base a year earlier to 12% of consolidated revenue, is not just a growth number; it changes where OfBusiness's revenue comes from. It adds a stream tied to international demand and currency movements, alongside the company's core domestic commerce business, which tracks more closely with India's industrial and construction cycles. For a company that has largely grown on the back of India's domestic infrastructure and manufacturing demand, this gives it a second, less cyclical growth lever.
Other Expansion Moves
Alongside the export push, OfBusiness made several other moves through FY26:
Scaled up sourcing and manufacturing capacity in Bangladesh to support apparel supply to global retail accounts.
Increased its manufacturing footprint across India, keeping production split between both geographies rather than shifting entirely offshore.
Entered bulk chemicals exports for the first time, shipping to South Asia and the Middle East.
Deepened its share of business with existing top 10 apparel retailer accounts rather than only chasing new buyers.
Positioned for tariff-free access to the UK textiles and apparel market ahead of FY27, following the India-UK trade agreement.
Financial Performance of OFB Tech Ltd (OfBusiness)
Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 20,645 crore for FY26.
Profit after tax came in at Rs 724 crore.
The commerce business generated Rs 19,174 crore in revenue, with EBITDA of Rs 769 crore.
Operating cash flow stood at Rs 1,302 crore, and free cash flow was positive at Rs 390 crore for the year.
Exports more than doubled to over Rs 2,500 crore, now making up 12% of consolidated revenue, up from a much smaller share in FY25.
What Lies Ahead for OfBusiness?
The FY26 story for OfBusiness is not just about crossing Rs 20,000 crore in consolidated revenue. The company has grown its exports past Rs 2,500 crore in the same year, while its core commerce business kept generating the bulk of its revenue and cash flow. Now, it is looking to grow across new geographies and categories, from Bangladesh manufacturing to bulk chemical exports.
With Rs 20,645 crore in revenue, Rs 724 crore in profit, exports crossing Rs 2,500 crore, and a new India-UK trade agreement in place, OfBusiness looks to be preparing for a bigger role in global markets, not just India's domestic supply chain. The next question is whether the company can keep growing exports at this pace through FY27 while its core commerce business continues to scale.
