What is the milestone achieved by NSE?

These milestones have been an important factor in driving demand for nse share price unlisted.
NSE Unlisted Share Price Overview
The nse pre ipo share price has grown by leaps and bounds in the last 4-5 years.

In 2023, nse grey market price was trading around Rs 600-700 per share in the unlisted grey market. On June 23, the NSE Share price was floating around Rs 3200 per share, which increased to 3600 by Dec 23. On Feb 24, the price touched 4200, and by the end of FY24, the share price reached Rs 4800 per share. This is a whopping 33% increase in a single year.
By June 24, the NSE stock price had doubled to trading near Rs 1,200 per share. By Dec 24, nse price unlisted jumped to Rs 1925 per share. This was mainly due to a consistent revenue increase and profits earned by the exchange, plus announcing a 4:1 bonus share distribution also helped in growth of the unlisted nse share price.
As we reached 2025, NSE crossed the 1 lakh shareholder mark and became the largest unlisted share company in India. This, along with a strong IPO indication, made the nse grey market price jump to Rs 2300. By June 25, the nse grey market price reached Rs 2400 per share.
Form June 25 to June 26, the NSE share price unlisted dipped from 2400 per share to hovering around Rs 2000 per share. This can be directly correlated to NSE's FY26 revenue fell by 3% and EBITDA fell by 12%, leading to comparatively less buying demand for nse grey market price
With NSE’s growing operations, financials and reputation as the biggest exchange in the world in volume of contracts, we could see a jump in nse pre ipo share price.
NSE Bonus Shares and Dividend Announcement
After the recent yearly results, which gave positive growth, the board has recommended a bonus issue of 4:1. Not just this, the exchange also recommended giving a dividend of Rs 90 per share to all its shareholders. After this announcement, the nse pre ipo price reached Rs 6,500 per share(pre-bonus) and around Rs 1900 per share (post-bonus).
